CANCELLATION POLICY

a charge may be applied in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.

 

a credit card on file may be requested at the time of reservation.

we want our guests completely happy with any services or products purchased.

if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the front desk within 14 days to schedule a follow-up appointment to address any concerns.

products may be exchanged or returned with a receipt.

all makeup sales are final.

appointments begin with a consultation to determine the best service for you — based on your desired outcome and lifestyle. come in for a free consultation if you'd like more guidance before scheduling an appointment.

as a courtesy to your service provider, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled or abbreviated when possible.
